Hoenn region's Pokédex (Generation VI)

This is a list of Pokémon in the order dictated by the Hoenn regional Pokédex, meaning that the first partner Pokémon from Hoenn will appear first, followed by Pokémon native to the Hoenn region.

The Hoenn Pokédex listing for Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire mainly follows the concept of the original Hoenn Pokédex from Generation III. However, aside from the addition of the Fairy-type, the only major difference from the original Hoenn Pokédex is that 9 new Pokémon, which were originally found in the Sinnoh region as an evolutionary relative of certain Pokémon found in the Hoenn region, are now added to the new Hoenn listing as well (specifically Gallade, Probopass, Magnezone, Budew, Roserade, Dusknoir, Chingling, Rhyperior, and Froslass). While the new Hoenn Dex listing follows the original listing up to #031 (Gardevoir), it diverges starting at #032 (Gallade).
